At Premium Research, we actively collaborate with Ecoembes, the organisation that has been responsible for packaging recycling in Spain for more than 25 years.

As part of Premium Research, we are also members of the innovation team at Ecoembes’ TheCircularLab, an open innovation hub where the most innovative future solutions related to waste circularity are tested, explored and developed.

This week marks the start of a very special edition at TheCircularLab of CircularTalentLab, a three-month programme focused on tackling innovation challenges in the circular economy. For the first time, this edition is opening its doors to international talent.

Five participants from five universities across five different countries — Greece – University of Patras, Austria – Universität Graz, Slovenia – University of Ljubljana, Finland – University of Jyväskylä and Germany – FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg — are arriving at TheCircularLab headquarters in Logroño to share knowledge, perspectives and different ways of approaching the challenges of the Circular Economy.

This first European edition of Circular Talent Lab is being delivered within the framework of Erasmus+, with funding from the European Union. This makes possible something we are particularly excited about: taking the Circular Talent Lab experience beyond our borders and connecting young European talent with the challenges of the circular economy.

Over the coming months, the participants will work together on a European challenge related to the circular economy of packaging, bringing together different perspectives and realities from across Europe to explore, generate ideas and develop solutions.
